It is recommended that if you wish to use a lot of these
liveries that you:
(1) Create a new
aircraft directory called Ford-Tri-Special
and copy the FS2004 Ford_Trimotor essential files to that directory.
(2) Replace the aircraft.cfg with the one that is available
here
(3) Download and install textures from below and they should all work
smoothly

note the suggestion on the left - it will make it a lot easier for you to
utilize the very expansive list of aircraft repaints.
